This is the V2 DJI O4 canopy we designed for our TUNERC Iris F154 Carbon Fiber Frame (Separate Arms)

The new canopy design improves ventilation and supports Rocksteady/Gyroflow stabilisation.


NOTE


1. Please don't forget to select the whole object and then right click, choose "split", "split into objects" in the Bambu studio.


2. To complete the whole O4 mount, you still need to prepare the screws bag and heatsink package.

3. During the assembly, do not bend the antenna feed line excessively. Excessive bending of the antenna may cause damage to the antenna.

  • 6 x rubber grommets
  • 3 x self locking nuts
  • 3 x M2*6 aluminium standoffs
  • 8 x M1.7*6 cup head self-tapping screws
  • 4 x M2*4 cup head hex screws
  • 1 x M2*20 cup head hex screws
  • 2 x M2*15 cup head hex screws

Heatsink Package

  • 2 x CNC aluminium case
  • 2 x heatsink pads (20x20x1mm)
  • 4 x M2*8 round head screws


Print Setting

  • Filament: PETG
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Wall loops: 3-4
  • Top shell layers: 5
  • Bottom shell layers: 3-5
  • Sparse infill density: greater than 25%
