There are mainly two ways to submit a ticket to us.
One: Submit a ticket directly ( Easy but can't check ticket status )
Once you submit a ticket successfully, an e-mail will be sent to you to notify that a ticket has been created.
Two: Sign up an account> Log in > Submit a ticket (Ticket Status can be checked)
You can either sign up via e-mail or Facebook / Twitter / Google account.
If you sign up by e-mail, an activation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail and then you can set up password.
If you sign up by Facebook / Twitter / Google, then you can log in directly and submit a ticket.
