60-day Warranty Period for the TUNERC Products
The day is counted from the day the goods are delivered to you
Full Refund for DOA or Defective Products
If you have received defective products within 60-day warranty period, we offer to make a full refund to you.
Note: we don't offer a return service for the defective products.
Exclusions from the Warranty
- The products are not within the 60-day period warranty.
- Any modifications to the products
- Misuse
- Accidents
